Before joining Integra, Mr. Buchman served as CFO and Senior manager of various international life sciences companies. Mr. Buchman has over 24 years of experience in senior corporate management, financing, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, operational and business development. Mr. Buchman has extensive experience in equity and debt financing with over $250 Million aggregate capital raised and M&A including post-closing integration into the acquiring organizations.
Mr. Buchman is a CPA with a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa.

Before joining Integra, Dr. Cohen held a director position at the Global Innovative R&D at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Where he was responsible for identifying and pursuing collaboration, licensing and partnership with Pharma & biotech companies and academic institutions worldwide. Dr. Cohen is a life science professional with extensive experience in drug development, project scouting and evaluation. Dr. Cohen completed his Ph.D. and Post doc fellowship at the Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science.
